So many voices, faces, and stories came together t So many voices, faces, and stories came together to mark 30 years of Boston Project. 💙 We heard from Shyiahn, a recent graduate; Delina, a parent and volunteer; Damaris, a member of our Board; and Pastor Val—each reflecting a different part of the community that has shaped Boston Project over the years. Our Community Choir also filled the room with a powerful reminder of the goodness of God, and we had the joy of honoring Gail Granville as our Neighbor of the Decade and celebrating Maridena Rojas for more than 10 years of service through Boston Project Ministries. We’re grateful for each person who shared, sang, served, celebrated, and helped tell the story of this community.
Last week, we gathered with nearly 350 neighbors, Last week, we gathered with nearly 350 neighbors, friends, and partners to celebrate 30 years of Boston Project Ministries—and the people who have helped shape this ministry along the way. The room was full of laughter, music, powerful stories, and both new and longtime friends. It was such a beautiful reflection of the breadth and diversity of the Boston Project community. From the words shared by Shyiahn, Delina, Damaris, and Pastor Val to the incredible choir, the evening reminded us just how many people are part of this story. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has walked with us and helped make this milestone possible.
Saturday, neighbors came together to refresh our s Saturday, neighbors came together to refresh our street mural with muralist Alex Cook, then celebrated with a block party featuring music from Branches Pan Groove Steel Orchestra. Thank you to everyone who came out to paint and celebrate our neighborhood friendships.
