Our Community

Welcome to our neighborhood!

Our motto is “Taking Pride in Where We Live, Work, Play, and Worship.” Neighbors – young and old – are working together to build a flourishing community. We welcome all neighbors to participate in this community building movement including residents, homeowners and renters, employees and business owners, faith congregations, school staff and students, and those who like to play here.

The Boston Project is located in Dorchester, Boston’s largest and most diverse neighborhood. Our 14-street neighborhood is called the “Talbot-Norfolk Triangle” (TNT) bordered by Norfolk Street, Talbot Avenue, and the Commuter Rail, plus Peacevale Road and Whitman Street. We have 600 families, approximately 2,000 residents, low-to-moderate income families, who are primarily Black, West Indian, Latinx. We are a strong, beautiful, resourceful, and resilient community.
