Neil Gilbert, on the left, and Steve Hawkesworth, Neil Gilbert, on the left, and Steve Hawkesworth, on the right, are both long time residents of the TNT neighborhood. Recently, Steve had the opportunity to present Neil with the Neighbor of the Year award. Not only is Neil an advocate and educator for sickle cell anemia but he also works to pull folks together for ethnic communities, specifically for the Black community. Neil always has a beautiful smile and words of encouragement to share with his neighbors and community. Congrats, Neil!

PARTNER SPOTLIGHT🚨 In continuation of #MentalWellnessMonth, we're highlighting the voice of a student in @bostonproject 's Mental Health Ambassadors program: "I learned that emotions that are displayed are not always the only emotions that are felt. It's ok to feel all your emotions; that's what I want other teens to learn."
Our first LevelUP life coaching workshop is in the Our first LevelUP life coaching workshop is in the books!

LevelUp provides teens with a personal life coach, a caring mentor trained to help them create, achieve, and celebrate their goals. Coaching is a way to support a young person by actively listening and identifying and implementing practical building blocks toward a successful transition to adulthood.

Did you know that 1 in 3 young people are growing up without a mentor or someone outside of their family who they can turn to for support and guidance? Before National #MentoringMonth comes to an end, learn how you can help close that gap by visiting the link in our bio.
