Spend Yourself

Do you know what it means to spend yourself? After a summer at The Boston Project, our hope is that you begin to understand this calling and see its promise fulfilled. We want every staff person to experience the joy and pain of loving God and loving others unconditionally. We want you to develop your leadership skills while being a learner first. We want you to understand the realities of urban America and choose to engage in making a positive, Christ-centered difference.

If you are willing to spend yourself on behalf of the Kingdom, we invite you to consider serving with The Boston Project this summer. We are hiring a staff leadership team of 15-18 young adults to operate two dynamic programs - Neighborhood Youth Ministries (NYM) and the Summer Missions Program (SMP). Check out our side-by-side comparison of these two programs.

In the end, after long days and long nights of serving for ten weeks of your summer, you may just begin to understand these words also written by the prophet Isaiah: "A man's life is not his own." It all belongs to God!

Expecting Great Things,

Keith Riddle, Director of Service-Learning Programs
Paul & Glenna Malkemes, Neighborhood Youth Ministries
