We need men and women who will love and disciple teenagers. Build caring relationships with youth, adult leaders, neighbors, and community workers. With the support of your team, lead Bible studies & small groups, facilitate service projects, and learn about urban ministry firsthand.

Staff Counselor Responsibilities

  • Provide direction, training and participate in service & outreach sites, including homeless ministry, simple construction, painting, landscaping, children's ministry, and neighborhood outreach events.
  • Be willing to explore your spiritual gifts and God-given talents in a supportive environment.
  • Work closely with members of a diverse staff team for effective team leadership.
  • Manage specific details with youth groups, including housing site upkeep, some food prep, etc.
  • Live and work with youth groups 24/7 during their time in Boston.
  • Evaluate and improve the program on a weekly basis.
