The Boston Project needs one person and an assistant to manage food needs for the Summer Missions Program. Create menus, purchase food, work with cooking volunteers, cook meals, and maintain a working kitchen. Cooking and food services experience preferred.

Cuisine Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Create a cost-effective menu for 60-80 people per week.
  • Make shopping lists and purchase food weekly.
  • Oversee preparation of meals including help by volunteer teams.
  • Maintain a clean, working kitchen.

Qualifications

  • A pastor's heart - caring for summer staff and youth participants.
  • Food services and/or cooking experience preferred.
  • At least 22 years of age.

Time Commitment

June 14, 2009 - August 13, 2009 Start and end dates are negotiable.
