The Boston Project Ministries is a community-based organization of committed Christian staff and volunteers whose faith inspires us to engage actively in service to people and organizations in underserved neighborhoods of Boston.

Questions to help us get to know the applicant better:

  2. How would you best describe the applicant, in one sentence.
  3. Please comment on the applicant's Christian character and maturity.
  4. The Boston Project serves in some of Boston's most diverse and underserved neighborhoods. What about the applicant's personality or life experience would prepare him/her for serving in this type of environment?
  5. Please describe the applicant's approach to completing team projects. What leadership abilities does he/she offer to a team setting? How does he/she contribute to overall team dynamics? Please include specific examples if possible.
  6. A Boston Project internship includes a degree of independent responsibilities. What aspects of the applicant's personality, gifts, and skills would prepare him/her for this type of position? If possible, describe the strengths and weaknesses of the applicant's work habits in previous ministry or work experiences.
  7. The Boston Project staff is a close-knit community. How would the applicant contribute to the strength and character of this community? Describe how the applicant works through personal struggles and team conflict.
