Donating new or gently used items are a great way to contribute to the ongoing ministry of The Boston Project. We appreciate donations of all kinds. Due to a limited capacity to pick up donations, drop-offs are appreciated at The Boston Project's ministry house (directions here) - just make sure to call us first at 617-929-0925. Homework Center • Healthy Snacks. With a huge turnout this year, we're running out of food! We need fruit, granola bars, party mix, cookies, quick breads, cheese & crackers, etc. • Cups and napkins • Gift cards to Stop & Shop or Shaw's grocery stores • Poster board - all colors, sizes • Tri-fold cardboard presentation displays |
Neighborhood Ministry House • 9' x 12' Area Rug. The rug in our dining room is falling apart. We're looking for something with red, dark blue, light blue, and/or dark green. • Folding chairs • Toilet paper & paper towels |
Service & Outreach Supplies • Paper lawn & leaf bags • Leaf rakes • Contractor garbage bags (3 mil.) • Gift cards to Home Depot | Office Supplies • PC Desktop Computer. Yard Sale Donations
Twice a year, The Boston Project holds a GIANT yard sale for the community that 1) raises money for our Neighborhood Outreach, 2) blesses neighbors by providing great deals on items they need, and 3) is a lot of fun for our whole neighborhood!We accept donations of almost anything for our yard sales - furniture, household goods, toys, electronics, pictures, etc! Due to limited storage space, we ask people to please consider donating within a month before each yard sale (May and October), but we will accept donations anytime. For questions, contact us.
