Long-Term Staff Positions

The Boston Project provides several different ways to engage in full-time ministry in Boston. Our Long-Term staff positions are full-time, "creative" salaried positions with benefits for which we ask a commitment of two or more years. Relocation to the neighborhood is required. Housing may be available. For other full-time positions, but with a time commitment of 1-2 years, please see our Apprenticeships page.

Currently, we are hiring for the following Long-Term Staff position:

• Director of Development: TBPM is currently seeking a full-time Director of Development. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development is responsible for grant writing, cultivating relationships with foundations, churches, and individual donors, and researching new sources of funding. Raising Missionary Support (Optional)

People who join our staff in a Director or Apprenticeship position have the opportunity to raise additional financial support as a missionary.
