Staff Positions at The Boston Project
We are experiencing a growth spurt at The Boston Project in part due to an ambitious God-inspired strategic plan and God nudging many individuals choosing to join us, live simply, and participate in His Kingdom work.People apply to work with us in a number of different ways:
- Directors - are full-time paid positions with benefits
- Apprenticeships - are full-time training positions with seasoned professionals, free housing and a financial stipend
- Internships - are part-time or full-time positions typically for college/university students completing academic requirements
- Summer staff - is a seasonal position leading our summer programs; includes free housing, food, and a financial stipend
- Volunteers - join us to work in specific areas of the ministry.
Raising Missionary Support (Optional)
People who join our staff in a Director or Apprenticeship position have the opportunity to raise additional financial support as a missionary. Three of our full-time staff help raise financial (missionary) support to make their work possible.
