Feature: Why, God?
Fizz was flat. It was the third week into our kid's Bible study (Fizz), and it felt like we were getting nowhere. For weeks now, as soon as it was time to discuss the Scriptures, chaos erupted. The soda pop science experiments were a hit, but when we bridged the activity to God and his Word, most kids just didn't want to hear it. Some tried to listen, but their eyes and mouths wandered. Others just got up and left. Fizz, a symbol for how our lives are to bubble over with the presence of Jesus Christ, was anything but effervescent...
