Signed P&S - one step closer...
Praise God! Today, we signed our Purchase and Sale agreement, which locks us and the sellers into the purchase of the house. Next steps include applying for our loan, getting the house appraised, securing home insurance, and closing. The closing date is currently set for June 15th.
Also, one additional prayer request: Please pray for the family who currently is renting the apartment we are moving into. They have found another (even better) apartment (praise God!), and are hoping to move in the next month. Please pray for a smooth transition for their family as they move. Also pray for peace in the relationships between them and the current owners, as they are relatives.
