We looked at our first house!
This morning, Sarah and I viewed two homes for sale in our neighborhood for the first time. Both houses were three-family foreclosed homes in need of some TLC (as the classifieds say). One has major mold problems (no thank you), but the other one needed mostly cosmetic work (ok with us). So begins what I'm sure will be many times in and out of local homes for sale as we seek the one God has for us!
