Thanks to one of our 2007 summer staff, Iris Ng, we discovered a new way to earn some spare change for The Boston Project! The next time you hop on an internet search engine, try www.goodsearch.com instead. It is powered by Yahoo but lets you specify a charity you can donate to. Just for your search, goodsearch will donate 1 cent (not much- but it all builds up) to the charitable cause of your choice. You can select The Boston Project if you like since we are listed in their database. As more people continue to select a cause/organization over time, the amount of the donation goes up per search.
PS: If you're looking to do holiday shopping online, they also have a 'goodshop' feature that benefits charities.
