August/September Prayer Requests
- Increased Outreach and Discipleship: We are excited to launch a youth Alpha group this fall in our neighborhood. Most of our youth are unchurched and have a minimal relationship with Jesus. Pray for Paul and our staff as we prepare for this new approach to our youth Bible Study. Pray also for our Pretty Tween Girls Bible Study which will also kick-off soon.
- God's Direction for our Staff: Most of our staff are seeking God for clarity in their lives around different issues. This is true for us too. Pray for us as we wait upon God for direction about church involvement, discipleship with others, personal healing in our lives, and possible leadership roles in our city.
- Future Staff: Ask God to draw the right staff people to the BP ministry team. We have an open Americorps position for someone gifted to work with elementary age students, and we are planning to hire a Missions Trip Director this fall.
- Homeschooling: We are only days away from launching into our new homeschool family adventure! Pray for Glenna as she prepares to step into this new role, and for kindness towards one another as we adjust to a new routine.
