November Prayer Requests
- Families in Need: On Saturday, we distributed Thanksgiving Baskets to 80+ families most of whom live within 6 blocks of our home. What a blessing to be able to share with others. Pray for God's peace and provision during this season that can often be filled more with frustration than rejoicing due to unmet basic needs.
- Equipping Our Staff: As we prepare for 2011, several of our staff will be trying out new leadership roles. Pray for us as we plan with and equip our staff to be used in new ways by God.
- Save Lee Academy: What we initially thought would be a two-week fight has stretched into a 10-week campaign to save Cady and Grace's school from closing. Pray for strength and wisdom as we dedicate 20+ hours per week in this effort which we see as an issue of educational justice.
Thanks for your prayers for our family and this ministry. We believe that through prayer, God changes things! Keep on praying.
