"This experience has stretched me tremendously. No matter how much I wanted to come and bless this place, it has, in turn, blessed and taught me more than I ever could have imagined."

Apprenticeships at The Boston Project
"He has shown you, O man, what is good... to act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God." - Micah 6:8We at The Boston Project Ministries, are a community of Christians dedicated to this "good life" of acting justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly with our God. We are called to renewing the urban neighborhoods we live in physically, socially, and spiritually through the relationships we build with our neighbors, local churches, and community organizations, and we would love for you to join us in this life!
That's right. We know life is throwing you all sorts of messages about what it means to live "the good life" as you exit college and are looking forward to the rest of your life. So we invite young (and young-at-heart) adults to join us as we daily explore what God has called "the good life."
Because this season of your life is incredibly shaping, we have designed Apprenticeships to be a time where you are encouraged to discern and grow in your God-given passions and skills. But you won't be alone - you will live alongside Boston Project's full time staff and their families to get the full experience of loving your neighbors as we engage in ministry together. All the while you are engaging in important work for The Boston Project as we grow to keep in step with all that God is doing in our urban neighborhood.
Time Commitment and Benefits
We work together to determine a time commitment before you begin working with The Boston Project, usually between 1 and 2 years. Apprentices are provided with simple housing in our neighborhood, a base stipend, and the opportunity to raise additional financial support (this is optional). There is potential for apprenticeships to transition into full-time director positions as God leads.Current Apprenticeships Available:
